THE B&B “DREAMS & COFFEE” IS OPEN ALL THE YEAR ROUND! The B&B is an alternative structure to the traditional hotel and offers hospitality and professionalism at the same time. It’s a house situated in quiet dead-end street. The car park is in the nearby. Independent entrance for all guests who will be free to come back at any time during the night. The garden and all the green areas are available for all the guests. The structure is perfect both for families and for people who travel for business.
THE ROOMS: Single, double and triple rooms. At the request of the guests, rooms can be arranged with a double bed or 2 single separated beds. All rooms are equipped with TV and have double-glazing windows. Every rooms has heating and ceiling fan in summertime. BREAKFAST: we serve biological food, especially homemade bread, cakes, cookies etc. We also offer fresh eggs, fresh organic butter, local cheeses and traditional products like salami and ham; biological jams and marmalades are served too. Coffee, barley and decaffeinated coffee,cappuccino,fresh milk, different kind of tea, juices and fresh orange juices.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Tourist material is provided if required. Pets are allowed. On request, it’s possible to use the kitchen in the evening and the living room during the day. Fridge is available in the breakfast room. Hair dryer available. On request, washing machine, steam iron and baby’s chair are available.

HOW TO REACH US BY TRAIN: Railway BO-MI (Bologna-Milano). Get down at Reggio Emilia railway station. Then take the local train Reggio Emilia- Ciano d’Enza and get down at Cavriago railway station which is about 800 m. from the B&B.
